Its a New Year... and we have a NEW PLAN

  

   

The officers met 1/15 at the Highlander just after breakfast. Financial records are being handed

off from Rick Miller to new our Treasurer, Don Dudley, AC5YK. Thanks to Rick for keeping tabs on the bucks.

Officers continuing to serve through 2018 are Robyn as President, Chuck as VP, and Sherrie as Secretary.

Don will take over the remainder of the Treasurer term through the end of 2018 when all officers stand for election.

 

Every month we will have either a training session, formal presentation or a Pot Luck meal as a part of the meeting.

New ham training/licensing class is being planned, watch for updates here and on the weekly nets. The officers

also plan specific follow-up events for new hams to fully integrate and support them with their new license.

Reminder: Regular scheduled meetings are the last Friday (not the 4th Friday) and start at 6:30 pm.

ARES meetings occur only when called by the EC, and are held before the club meeting.

On the LAST month of every quarter, a pot luck covered dish dinner occurs at 6 PM before the club monthly meeting.

Ham Breakfast is open to everyone (ham or not) and is a great way to learn about Amateur Radio

The Highlander has a breakfast buffet and plenty of parking and tables for any number of hams.
